A great place to get stronger.

I began weight training with NORTHFIT nine months ago and I am delighted with my progress and my personal training programme.

NORTHFIT Personal Training is a training studio on the Antrim Road in heart of North Belfast. We offer a bespoke and personalised training experience for everyone that enters the studio.

Ciaran McCoey

I am the the founder and Head Coach here at the NORTHFIT Personal Training which has been in operation since November 2021.

I have been coaching for over 15 years now and specifically Personal Training the last 11 years.

"My passion for coaching began after an extensive sporting background across multiple sports and NORTHFIT was born from a want to offer something more. More supportive, more welcoming, more coaching centric.

I am Junior Coach at NORTHFIT.

I have been a Personal Trainer for nearly 2 years now and I have been a coach at NORTHFIT for around 18 months.

Throughout the early stages of lockdown I let my weight spiral and the gym helped me a lot, both physically & mentally. I would like to help those just getting into training achieve their goals and pass my knowledge of training down to people".
